A design of a unite in the middle of the forest of Beykoz... The context has been a source of inspiration for the hotel and so for the design this unit. Hence, a concept “Balance of Contrast”, Revealing and Concealing has been approached.
So, this unit, secluded in the forest of Beykoz, has on one hand a Gothic approach in its interior, while on the other Rococo style as exterior.
A Gothic, dark, secluded interior opens its doors to a light, minimal garden. A journey from heavyness to lightness, through senses of a human being (seeing,
hearing, tasting, feeling and smelling).
While guest of GT House enjoy their meal, they ll be accompanied by a piano performance as well as have the chance to be amused by pieces of art.
When they enter the building, they walk through a small mysterious corridor defined by a extruded brickwork and again pieces of Art. Also, after dinner
guest can enjoy the terrace full of flowers. In this way, all senses has been stimulated in this design.
